8:00  Kids hayride (picks up from base camp)

9:00  Campfire and Smore's (base camp)

Saturday, June 18th

All day:    Fresh coffee, cookies, water and soda (base camp)

7:30 - 9:30am       All-you can eat pancake breakfast  (meeting room)

7:30 - 10:00am     Registration continues (base camp)

10:00am  GROUP PHOTO - base camp

11:00am  Face painting (base camp)

11:00am  Pre-raffle sneak peek (meeting room)

11:00 - 4:00          Sales of raffle tickets (meeting room)

11:00am  Volleyball game (volleyball area)

12:00 noon    Grab & Go Lunches (base camp)

12:30Horseshoe tournament (horseshoe pit)

1:00  Kid's scavenger hunt (starts at base camp)

2:00  Surprise CLOWN appearance and balloon fun!

4:00 - 5:30     Grand Raffle Event (meeting room)

5:30  Family Business Meeting - all welcome (meeting room)
